Advocacy

Our Advocacy program is the voice for real estate in Missouri. Our Advocacy team fights for you and the American dream of homeownership. We protect homeownership values and small business and foster a vibrant commercial real estate sector by:

Promoting homeownership across the economic spectrum
Expanding the availability of health insurance for small businesses
Keeping the federal government out of real estate regulation
Preserving the separation of banking and commerce
Opposing state and local efforts to tax real estate services

Risk Management

Our Risk Management Department provides a variety of resources to help keep Missouri REALTORS^® educated and aware of real estate-related legal topics. Missouri REALTORS^® have access to an assortment of risk management tools, including LEGAL LINE (our free Legal Hotline) and our Keeping it Legal monthly video series, free online standard real estate forms, the Legal Action Fund, Professional Standards, legal-based education classes and more.

Member Network

With over 25,000 REALTORS^® across the state, our Communications Department offers resources to help members connect with one another. Members have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas at our business conferences held each January, April and September. Education and networking events are also held throughout the year. When you can’t meet in person, members can connect and collaborate digitally on THE LANDING, our professional networking and business information tool exclusively for Missouri REALTORS^®. Update your profile, browse the member directory and join a discussion in one of our communities. THE LANDING is also one of the avenues we communicate announcements and industry updates, such as monthly housing statistics, with you.
