CEO

Breanna Vanstrom has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, association management, and real estate. She’s been a REALTOR®, worked in communications for REALTOR® Associations in West Palm Beach, Florida, and St. Paul, Minnesota. She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer for Boise Regional REALTORS®. Breanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and an MBA, both from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

Erin Hervey, RCE

Vice President, Government Affairs and Local Board Relations

Erin is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Association's advocacy programs and legislative initiatives. She also serves as the Association’s primary point of contact for Local Board Association Executives and helps them understand and implement the many programs and services offered by Missouri REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Erin has worked for the Association since 2000. She holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and history from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Zack Brown

Director, Economic Development and Regional Advocacy (West)

Zack joined the Missouri REALTORS® staff in 2016 after six years of working alongside members of the U.S. Senate & U.S. House of Representatives. In his current role, he focuses on economic development and commercial real estate initiatives by engaging with external stakeholders and keeping our membership apprised of collaborative opportunities and partnerships in those sectors. Additionally, he serves as the Regional Advocacy Director for the Western portion of the state.

Nick Knoth

Director, Government Affairs and Regional Advocacy (Central)

In collaboration with the Association’s contract lobbyists, Nick is responsible for the monitoring of issues and education of Missouri lawmakers and regulators on legislative priorities. Additionally, Nick serves as the Regional Advocacy Director for the Central portion of Missouri where he engages Local Boards and Associations to stay apprised of any issues that may require action or support. Prior to joining the Missouri REALTORS®, Nick served in legislative and public affairs roles with the Better Business Bureau, Missouri Department of Economic Development, Columbia Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Regional Advocacy Coordinator (East) 

Amanda joined the Missouri REALTORS® team in 2023 after four years as an Association Executive at the local level. She serves as the Regional Advocacy Coordinator for Eastern Missouri with a focus on REALTOR® Party grants and outreach. Amanda currently serves on her local school board and has prior experience in local politics and campaign management.

Vice President, Communications and Member Engagement

Cara directs all internal and external mass communications, marketing, advertising, branding, and media relations. She strives to present the association and its printed and electronic materials in a concise, clear, and consistently professional manner. In this role, she is also most directly responsible for managing the activities of the principal leadership groups of the association, including the Leadership Academy program. Cara earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising and Promotion from Missouri State University in Springfield and her MBA at William Woods University.

Tristan Asbury

Director, Strategic Communications and Consumer Engagement

Tristan directs the development of strategic communications for Missouri REALTORS® members, including the public. This includes the production and execution of strategic communication elements across all association mediums. In addition to serving as a liaison to our Consumer Education and Communications Output Groups, Tristan directly oversees objectives set forth by the Missouri REALTORS® Educational Foundation. Tristan earned a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in marketing and advertising from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri.

Maddie oversees the Association's digital communications platforms and social media initiatives. This includes management of the Association's website, mobile app, text message service, and it's private online community, THE LANDING. Mary LaBarbera

Manager, Member and Association Services

Mary provides administrative support to the Communications and Member Services Department of Missouri REALTORS®. This includes answering Missouri REALTORS® main phone line, overseeing special projects, coordinating meeting logistics for the Columbia office, serving as the registration lead at offsite meetings and events, and assisting with many office organizational duties. Mary has been with Missouri REALTORS® since 1999.

Director, Meetings and Partner Relations

Maria oversees all aspects of the Association’s meetings and events including budget creation and compliance, RFP generation, contract negotiation and serves as the onsite venue contact for the Association to ensure high level of customer service for the Association staff, members, event partners, and suppliers during meetings. In addition, Maria is responsible for the Association’s Affiliate and Sponsorship Program and delivering member value through allied industry participation. She has over 20 years of experience in the local and international Hotel/Resort Industry. Maria received her B.S. Tourism Management degree from the University of the Philippines – Asian Institute of Tourism in 1990 and earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2009 through the Events Industry Council.

Vice President, Finance and Operations

Jessi delves into the ins and outs of our day to day accounting and analyzes how this impacts Association’s operations to ensure we have sound accounting practices that will allow us to properly manage our budget. She serves as the liaison to our Finance & Budget Committee and oversees all aspects of the Association’s operations and membership matters. Prior to joining the team at Missouri REALTORS®, Jessi was a Fiscal Consultant and Data Analyst for the University of Missouri System. Jessi has a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

Senior Accountant

Ann is responsible for assisting in the financial management of the Associations operations. In her role she handles various accounting responsibilities, month end processes and maintains complete and comprehensive fiscal policies. Prior to joining the team at Missouri REALTORS®, Ann was a Finance and Accounting Consultant for the University of Missouri System. Ann earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.

Director, Membership

Chad is responsible for managing the Association’s membership database, collecting membership dues, and providing point of entry and billing services to local boards. In addition, he currently serves as the liaison to the MLS Forum and the Missouri Housing Industry Alliance. Chad is a graduate of Central Methodist University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Chad has been with the Missouri REALTORS® since 1998.

Robert joined Missouri REALTORS® after spending time in private practice where he gained experience in multiple facets of the law, including: contract disputes, business transactions, civil litigation; family law, and criminal litigation. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Columbia College in Business Administration with emphases in Marketing and Management and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar.

Blake Willoughby

Director, Education

Blake manages all aspects of the educational programs offered through Missouri REALTORS® and the Missouri REALTORS® Educational Foundation (MREF). He serves as the liaison for the Professional Development Output Group and MREF. Prior to joining Missouri REALTORS® in 2023, Blake taught future K12 teachers for three years at the University of Missouri. He holds two bachelor’s degrees from Auburn University and a master’s degree from the University of Missouri. Currently, Blake is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with a K12 emphasis at the University of Missouri.

Tracey Yost

Director, Forms and Professional Standards

Tracey manages two of the membership benefits most utilized by REALTORS® across the state – Standard Forms and Professional Standards. In this role, Tracey brings more than 20 years of experience in the REALTOR® association and MLS space. This includes past oversight of the St. Louis REALTORS® professional standards and risk management programs and her most recent role as Data Resolution and Compliance Manager for MARIS.
