New & Updated Forms:

The Residential Forms Committee and Risk Management Mission Committee recently approved changes to our exclusive listing agreement (RES-1010), as well as a new 1-page “Guide” (DSC-1010) that helps explain why “Love Letters” can be dangerous.  It also recently approved changes to our Residential Sale Contract (RES-2000), as well as a new 1-page “Subdivision Review Rider” that allows for the optional review of “Subdivision Documents” as part of the Title & Survey review process under Section 6 (if desired).  We are making these forms available for member use here now, until all of our forms vendors are able to upload them.
