REALTORS® Offering up to $1,000 to Missourians Impacted by Tornadoes

In collaboration with the National Association of REALTORS® Relief Foundation, the Missouri REALTORS® Relief Foundation is proud to make grants available to Missourians impacted by the tornadoes that swept across Missouri on May 16, 2025 (referred to as the “Disaster” for purposes of this grant program). This program is also supported by the members of these local REALTOR® associations, representing the communities hardest hit by the storms: Bootheel Regional Board of REALTORS®, Mineral Area Board of REALTORS®, Southeast Missouri REALTORS®, St. Louis REALTORS®, Three Rivers Board of REALTORS®, and the West Central Association of REALTORS®.

These grants provide housing assistance for up to $1,000 per household, equal to either:
- One Month's Mortgage Payment for your primary residence that was damaged; or
- Hotel Reimbursement or Temporary Rental Costs if displaced from your home.

This program does not provide funding for moving expenses, insurance premiums, repair costs, existing rent/lease payments, personal property losses, etc. Please refer to the list of additional resources below that may be able to assist.

Before beginning an application, please be sure you have the following required documents ready to upload (saved as JPG, PDF, DOC, or similar file formats):
