Legal Line is available Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00- 4:00 p.m. CST, (excluding recognized holidays) by calling 573-447-5278.

How It Works
Legal Line benefits Missouri REALTORS® in several ways. REALTORS® face legal concerns daily. Prompt access to information helps prevent members of the association from making mistakes, increases professionalism and consequently, enhances the image and knowledge of Missouri REALTORS®. Early identification of emerging legal trends allow Legal Line staff to promptly address issues affecting all Missouri REALTORS® members, through legislation, education classes and otherwise. Legal Line indirectly serves the public by helping Missouri REALTORS® avoid potential legal problems and costly lawsuits in real estate transactions.
Accessing LEGAL LINE
Legal Line available to Missouri REALTORS® approximately 250 workdays each year by simply calling 573-447-5278. You will be asked your name and NRDS #. Once your access to Legal Line has been verified, you will be transferred to an attorney to ask your questions.
We recommend you write your questions down before calling Legal Line to understand what you are asking. This will help you and the Legal Line attorney save valuable time.
Charges/Fees
There are no fees or charges for calling Legal Line but long distance charges may apply by using the dedicated call-in line at 573-447-5278.
