Governance Structure

Missouri REALTORS® adopted this governance structure in 2027 to better align committees and leadership roles with the association’s mission. This structure is designed to increase member value and provide a responsive framework that can adapt to today’s fast‑moving real estate industry. This governance model ensures that all members have the opportunity to participate and have their voices heard.

Explore the governance structure and get involved by joining a committee or applying for a leadership position. If you have questions, contact Cara Harmon, Vice President Communications and Member Engagement at cara@morealtor.com or 573‑445‑8400 ext. 1170.
