Leadership Team

Missouri REALTORS® is governed by the association CEO and five elected officers: President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Treasurer-Elect, and Immediate Past President. Collectively, these officers are known as the Leadership Team, and each - with the exception of the CEO - serves a one-year term on a volunteer basis.  

Members of the Leadership Team are available to assist with or speak at in-person events, including Local Board/Association installation events, awards ceremonies, membership/agent meetings and events, and more.

Bobbi is a second-generation real estate professional, with over 27 years of experience as an active REALTOR®. She served as President of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® in 2020. Prior to that, Bobbi served as the St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS® President in 2013 and 2014. She was named REALTOR® of the Year for the St. Joseph Regional Association of REALTORS® in 2012. Bobbi was named the Elizabeth J. Mendenhall E3 Award recipient for Missouri REALTORS® in 2020. She has served as the Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee and YPN Committee. She is passionate about mental health for those in the real estate industry. In her spare time, she loves running marathons and being an Association junkie.

Brian has served as an active REALTOR® with Murney Associates, REALTORS® for more than 22 years. In 2014, he served as President of the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS® (GSBOR) and as MLS President in 2017. He has also served as a State Director since 2008 and as chair of multiple output groups and committees. In addition to his service at the state and local level, Brian was named the recipient of the Missouri REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year Award in 2021 and GSBOR’s Margaret Martin Cooperative Spirit Award in 2017. He also became a Lifetime Honor Society Member of Missouri REALTORS® in 2020. Brian has served in board positions with Cox Health since 2017, the Salvation Army since 2007, and the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame since 2007. Brian graduated from Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2010.

Brent became a REALTOR® in 2012 after a career in retail management. He is currently a Broker-Owner of RE/MAX SHOWTIME in Branson. In 2013 Brent received the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year award and went on to serve in almost every role at the local level, including President in 2019. He has been named REALTOR® of the Year by his local board. Brent has been active within Missouri REALTORS® and has served on many committees. In 2022 Brent was awarded Missouri REALTORS® Elizabeth J. Mendenhall E3 award. Brent graduated from Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2016.

Antwann became a REALTOR® in 2014 after serving our country as an Army Engineer. He serves as a REALTOR® with Eagle Realty Group & Associates in St. Robert. Antwann has served in almost every leadership role at the local level, including President of the Pulaski County Board of REALTORS® in 2017 & 2018. He was named the Pulaski County Board of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year in 2018. Antwann has been active within Missouri REALTORS® and has served on many committees. He is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Antwann graduated from Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2019.

Serving as a REALTOR® Associate with RE/MAX Results, Derek is a second-generation REALTOR®, with more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2019, Derek served as President of the Franklin County Board of REALTORS®. He also served as President of the Missouri REALTORS® Educational Foundation that same year. In addition to his leadership roles, he has served on a multitude of committees at the local, state, and national levels, including his role as a member of the National Association of REALTORS® MLS Committee through 2024. In 2022, Derek served as Chair of the MARIS MLS. He was named Salesperson of the Year by the Franklin County Board of REALTORS® in 2012.

Breanna has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, association management, and real estate. She’s been a REALTOR® and served in communications and executive roles for associations in Boise, Minneapolis, and West Palm Beach. Since 2022, she's served as CEO for Missouri REALTORS®, the largest trade association in the state. Breanna holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and an MBA, both from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
