The Missouri REALTORS® Relief Foundation (MRRF) was established to provide financial assistance to state association members in good standing who experience serious physical and/or structural damage to their residence or real estate office due to natural or manmade disasters.

Donate to the Foundation 

Individuals or organizations who wish to contribute to the Missouri REALTORS® Relief Foundation may do so online, by mail, or by phone:

Disaster Relief for Members of Missouri REALTORS®

The Missouri REALTORS® Relief Foundation (MRRF) provides financial assistance to members of the Missouri REALTOR® family who experience serious physical and/or structural damage to their primary residence or real estate office due to a natural or manmade disaster. Assistance is available up to a maximum of $2,000 per year and is based on the applicant’s property insurance deductible.

Applicants must have been REALTOR® members in good standing, or staff of Missouri REALTORS® or a local board/association, prior to the disaster. Eligible damage includes significant physical or structural damage, including water intrusion.

The following are not eligible for assistance: damage to outbuildings; vehicles (cars, boats, or recreational vehicles); pool and patio enclosures, pumps, or equipment; blown shingles; personal property; landscaping (including downed trees and debris removal); loss of perishable food; fencing; driveways and sidewalks; office signage; minor damage; or loss of income.

All MRRF grants are awarded based on the applicant’s property insurance deductible, up to a maximum of $2,000.
