Description: As a real estate professional, you have a specialized role of advising clients in the negotiation process. In this role, it is critical to be able to identify negotiation personas and to navigate the varying phases of the negotiation process while identifying how to leverage a situation. As a REALTOR® member, you are also guided by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics in the negotiation process. This course explores each of these topics and MORE, providing you with a solid foundation in real estate negotiation.
