Richard A. Mendenhall Award

Richard A. Mendenhall served as President of both the State Association and the National Association of REALTORS^®, and has provided leadership at local, state, and national levels throughout his career. The Richard A. Mendenhall Award is intended to recognize a Missouri REALTOR^® for their career-long contributions, leadership skills, commitment to service, and dedication.

Member Boards/Associations of the Missouri REALTORS^® may submit one (1) nomination per year for this important award. Previous submissions may be considered by the committee as well. The Richard A. Mendenhall Award is presented annually at the Fall Business Conference.

The application deadline for the 2026 Richard A. Mendenhall Award is May 1, 2026.
