John Sebree

CEO

John is responsible for directing the Missouri REALTORS® staff and representing the over 20,000 members it serves. John has extensive experience in real estate, finance and public policy. Prior to joining the team at Missouri REALTORS®, he was the Senior Vice President of Public Policy for the Florida REALTORS®, serving in this role for over a decade. Prior to joining Florida REALTORS®, John worked in the government affairs division of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in Washington, DC for thirteen years. John was NAR’s Senior Legislative Representative working with the Congressional delegations of eight states, including Missouri. John received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Northern Kentucky University and earned an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Lobbyist

Adam rejoined Missouri REALTORS® to lobby alongside Sam Licklider in the Jefferson City office and Capitol. Prior to his move home, he served as Governmental Affairs Director for the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee in Florida. His first stint with Missouri REALTORS® was serving as Director, REALTOR® Party and Local Board Liaison before transitioning into the role of Regional Advocacy Coordinator for the Eastern Region. He is a proud Mule graduate from the University of Central Missouri and has also worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, BJC HealthCare and JES Holdings, LLC. His passion for politics and strong belief in homeownership playing a key role in the American Dream is why he loves representing Missouri REALTORS®!

Vice President, REALTOR® Party & Local Board Relations

Erin is the Association’s primary point of contact for Local Board Association Executives and helps them understand and implement the many programs and services offered by Missouri REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Erin previously held the position of Director, Public Policy for Missouri REALTORS® and has worked for the Association since 2000. She holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and history from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Chris Janssen 

Regional Advocacy Coordinator for Central Missouri

Chris joined the Missouri REALTORS® staff in 2014 as the Regional Advocacy Coordinator for Central Missouri. He primarily works with local boards and associations and individual brokers to engage members and increase utilization of NAR’s REALTOR® Party resources. Chris also works with local RPAC and Advocacy committees to develop local plans which include critical components such as candidate recruitment and endorsements, elected official engagement, collaboration with other stakeholders and organizations, and volunteerism. Prior to joining the team at Missouri REALTORS®, he was a Field Representative for the U.S. Fourth Congressional District. Chris received a Bachelor’s degree in Honors Political Science and Pre-Law from Central Methodist University and earned an MPA from The Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri.

Regional Advocacy Coordinator for Western Missouri

A graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City. After graduating in 2010, began working as a Staff Assistant for Senator Kit Bond. After Senator Bond's retirement, I was hired as a Field Representative for incoming Senator Roy Blunt. During the campaign season leading up to the November 2012 election, I worked as the Regional Political Director for gubernatorial candidate Dave Spence. After the election, I was given the opportunity to work as a Field Representative for Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler. I currently reside in Greenwood, MO with my wife, Megan, daughter, Sadie, and son, Levi. Huge fan of the Royals and Chiefs, and hope both squads can make a run to the playoffs!

Molly White

Regional Advocacy Coordinator for Eastern Missouri

Molly is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In 2012, Molly was named Director of Operations and Special Projects for Missouri's Attorney General race candidate Ed Martin. She then moved to Jefferson City starting out as the Director of Outreach with the Missouri Republican Party in late 2012. Soon enough, Molly found her passion for political fundraising and took on the Director of Finance role for the Missouri Republican Party for nearly three years. In 2015, Molly moved to the St.Louis area to work for St. Louis REALTORS® as their Political Fundraiser and Community Outreach Coordinator.

Vice President, Communications and Member Services

Cara directs all internal and external mass communications, marketing, advertising, branding, and media relations. She strives to present the association and its printed and electronic materials in a concise, clear, consistently professional manner. In this role, she is also most directly responsible for managing the activities of the principle leadership groups of the association, including the Leadership Academy program. Cara earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising and Promotion from Missouri State University in Springfield and is currently working on her MBA at William Woods University.

Vice President, Finance and Operations

Emily delves into the ins and outs of our day to day accounting and analyzes how this impacts Association’s operations to ensure we have sound accounting practices that will allow us to properly manage our budget. She serves as the liaison to our Finance & Budget Committee and oversees all aspects of the State Association’s operations and membership matters. Emily has a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Director, Membership

Chad Hrdina has been with the Missouri REALTORS® since 1998. Chad is responsible for managing the Association’s membership database, collecting membership dues, and providing point of entry and billing services to local boards. In addition, he currently serves as the liaison to the MLS Forum and the Missouri Housing Industry Alliance. Chad is a graduate of Central Methodist University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Quinten Martin

Senior Accountant

Quinten works extensively with several local boards providing association management services along with the day to day accounting for the association. In addition, he currently serves as the liaison for the Appraisal Section. Quinten holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Columbia College in Business Administration with emphases in Human Resource Management and Finance along with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Columbia College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has earned the IRS Enrolled Agent designation.

Steve has extensive experience in both corporate and real estate law, concentrating primarily on property acquisition and sales, financing, development, brokerage licensing and compliance matters, property management, real estate tax appeals, and condemnation law. He has acted as Missouri REALTORS® Contract and Forms Legal Counsel for over 15 years. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa and received his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and is a member of the Missouri Bar.

Director, Risk Management & Legal Affairs

Kris has a variety of legal experience, focusing on administrative, ADR, business, compliance, real estate, regulatory, and technology matters. His primary responsibility is administration of the Statewide Professional Standards processes, including facilitating Ethics Complaints and Hearings, Arbitration Petitions and Hearings, and Mediations. Kris has earned several advanced degrees from the University of Missouri, including a: B.A. in Computer Science, B.S. in Business Administration, M.B.A., and a J.D. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and is a current member of the Missouri Bar.

Robert joined Missouri REALTORS® after spending time in private practice where he gained experience in multiple facets of the law, including: contract disputes, business transactions, civil litigation; family law, and criminal litigation. Director, Meetings & Partner Relations

Maria oversees all aspects of the Association’s meetings and events including budget creation and compliance, RFP generation, contract negotiation and serves as the onsite venue contact for the Association to ensure high level of customer service for the Association staff, members, event partners, and suppliers during meetings. In addition, Maria is responsible for the Association’s Affiliate and Sponsorship Program and delivering member value through allied industry participation. She has over 20 years of experience in the local and international Hotel/Resort Industry. Maria received her B.S. Tourism Management degree from the University of the Philippines – Asian Institute of Tourism in 1990 and earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2009 through the Events Industry Council.
