Act.

Take Action with your REALTOR® Party.

REALTORS® are strongest when they speak with one voice. If REALTORS® don’t get involved and help shape the discussion, someone else will. No one knows a community better than a REALTOR®. You know the lay of the land, the schools, the neighborhoods and the leaders. That puts us on the front line as defenders of real estate issues. Here’s what you can do:

  • Be informed about issues in your community.
  • Vote in every election for REALTOR® Party candidates.
  • Respond to Call for Action emails at the local, state and federal levels.
  • Communicate with your elected officials and make your voice heard.
  • Attend the Missouri REALTORS® Annual Capitol Conference.
  • Invest in REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC).

Invest.

Invest in your Political Action Committee.

RPAC is the backbone of the REALTOR® Party. RPAC enables REALTORS® to support candidates that support the issues that are important to our profession, livelihood, private property rights and property ownership. RPAC’s mission is to identify candidates for elected office on the local, state and national levels who will work with REALTORS® to promote and protect the American Dream of homeownership. RPAC is nonpartisan and supports both Democrats and Republicans. Candidates that receive support are not selected based on their political party affiliation or ideology, but solely on their support of real estate issues. Investing in RPAC is an investment in your business. Consider that full elimination of Mortgage Interest Deduction (MID) would result in a loss of REALTOR® income of $8,000.*

Make an impact.

Make an Impact on your Business.

Imagine what would happen to the real estate market in your community if MID was eliminated from the tax code? Or if your clients were unable to afford the property insurance they needed to qualify for a mortgage? This is what’s at stake. And this is why we need you to join our efforts. The time is now to come together and fight for the interests of homeowners and the real estate profession.
