Missouri REALTOR® Party

Missouri REALTOR® Party

The Missouri REALTOR® Party is the united voice of real estate in our state. Through powerful advocacy efforts, we work every day to protect REALTORS®, promote homeownership, and defend the industry you’re proud to be a part of. When legislation is proposed that could impact your business or the dream of homeownership, we’re at the table—making sure your voice is heard loud and clear. Our mission is simple: champion property rights, support small businesses, and ensure a thriving, accessible real estate market across Missouri. Stand with the REALTOR® Party. Together, we’re shaping the future of real estate.

State Political Coordinators

State Political Coordinators (SPCs) are selected REALTOR® members who play an important role in the grassroots and advocacy efforts of Missouri REALTORS®. Each member that serves as an SPC is matched with a member of the Missouri legislature with whom they will cultivate a relationship and educate on issues important to the real estate industry and private property rights.

While a strong lobbying arm in Jefferson City is important, the real power of any industry lies in the activism of its members. With more than 23,000 members, Missouri REALTORS® has the potential to be an extremely powerful force at the State Capitol. However, it will take significant grassroots engagement and momentum to accomplish our legislative and regulatory goals—that’s where our SPCs come in.

If you have a relationship with a member of the Missouri General Assembly, consider applying to be their SPC.

For more information on this program, please contact your Regional Advocacy Coordinator.
