Joe brings over 30 years of experience in social policy research, including 7 in housing. He led numerous research projects for the US Departments of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Labor (DOL), Agriculture (USDA), Health and Human Services (HHS) and the United Nations.

He earned his doctorate in economics from the New School for Social Research and his BA in political science and economics from Manhattanville College. Dr. Kirchner joined realtor.com® in March 2015.

He served as the 2011 President of the St. Louis REALTORS® and chaired several committees. Nate has also served as the President of the St. Louis Association of Real Estate Professionals (SLAREP). On the state level, Nate chaired the Economic Development Council and served as a State Director. In addition to being a National Director, he was appointed to the 2014 Smart Growth Advisory Board by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Prior to her current role with Move, Kathleen worked exclusively with the ListHub division of Move Inc. beginning as a Regional Account Manager and Sales Team Leader where she assisted thousands of large and small brokerage firms, as well as individual agents, develop effective strategies for online marketing and trained the sales team to do the same.
