Missouri REALTORS® is pleased to announce that we have partnered with VanEd to offer the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in Missouri. The Missouri GRI program is NAR approved and a powerful tool that will help our members attract and build new business. The GRI classes will increase your skills and knowledge across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.

GRI Online Courses are Now Available:

The GRI program consists of 16 courses, providing a total of 66 hours of education. All 66 hours of education toward the GRI designation must be completed within 3 years.

GRI 101: Housing Issues and Pricing*
GRI 112: Risk Management*

* You will receive CE credits for each course.
**This class meets the REALTORS® Code of Ethics Training Requirement and you will receive CE credits for each course.

GRI 101: Housing Issues and Pricing

This course has been designed to give students an in-depth understanding of the structural and mechanical make-up common to residential housing and explore how environmental hazards play out and affect housing.

With the completion of this course, attendees will:
  • Achieve a greater understanding of the building process and structural fundamentals of real property.
  • Be able to define features of the “building envelope” and their importance.
  • Be able to describe considerations when preparing a competitive or comparative market analysis and understand the three value approaches to analyze pricing information.

  • 1-Hour Break for Lunch (On your own)
  • 3 hours of CE credit. This course meets 4 hours of GRI credit as set forth by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Nate is the President of Real Estate Solutions, a full service commercial and residential real estate brokerage in St. Louis, Missouri. He served as the 2011 President of the St. Louis REALTORS® and chaired several committees. Nate has also served as the President of the St. Louis Association of Real Estate Professionals (SLAREP). On the state level, Nate chaired the Economic Development Council and served as a State Director. In addition to being a National Director, he was appointed to the 2014 Smart Growth Advisory Board by the National Association of REALTORS®.
