Governance & Leadership

Governance

We pride ourselves on being a mission-driven organization. But in our fast-paced, evolving industry we must be willing to adjust and embrace change to ensure we are able to meet future needs. This proactive approach means we are always looking for volunteers to help us achieve our goals and ensure Missourians have the right to homeownership.

One way to get involved is through our O2 Governance. Missouri REALTORS® adopted the O2 Governance Structure in 2012 to create a more dynamic and responsive organization. O2, which stands for Outreach and Output, was designed to align our committee structure with our mission, increasing member value and allowing us to adapt in today’s fast-moving real estate industry.

Since implementing O2, Missouri REALTORS® has achieved significant milestones in record time. The best part? Every member has an opportunity to get involved, share their voice, and make an impact.
