The Missouri Association of REALTORS® (MAR) is introducing a highly acclaimed certification program that will let you take full use of MAR’s new website, www.mohomeprograms.com, serving the housing needs of working Missourians. To take advantage of the site and obtain the certification through MAR of Workforce Housing Specialist you will need to attend two education programs, Part I: Housing for America's Workforce-Financing and Part II: Housing for America's Workforce, Marketing.

You can help the people who need it! You’ll learn the latest in financing and neighborhood development programs. You’ll learn how to conduct community educational workshops and implement personal marketing initiatives to increase your visibility and sales with underserved segments of our market.
