Short Sale Information for Consumers

Short sales have become more common over the past few years. Short Sale Explanation and Considerations is an informational flyer that members can use to help sellers or buyers have a better understanding of the what a short sale situation may entail.

Fire Sprinklers in New Construction

As of August 28, 2009, Missouri law requires that all home builders offer consumers the option of having a fire sprinkler system installed in their new home. Make sure that your customers and clients are informed. The St. Louis Home Builders Association has given permission for MAR members to distribute their informational brochure on residential fire sprinklers.
