If you wish to change your username to something other than your NRDS # you must call (1-800-403-0101) or email MAR with that information (up to 9 alphanumeric characters are allowed). You may change your password at any time by clicking on Change my Password.
Once your username has been changed you will receive a confirmation email with your new username and password. It will take one business day for your new account information to be activated in the system.
If you have forgotten your password or know your NRDS # and need your password sent to you, please use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Your password will be sent to you automatically.
