Sales Concessions must be reported so that all parties are aware of them! At the September Section meeting Dan Wilson addressed a growing national concern about accurately reporting sales concession in our Missouri MLS’s.

The SAFE Act (Secure and Fair Enforcement of Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008) goes into effect August 1, 2009.  This law mandates the states to enact rules and regulations for compliance with the provisions of the Act.
