RCA COMMITTEE SETS GOAL FOR 2010
Getting off a fast start, the RCA Committee confirmed their 2010 goals this month. Keeping commercial policy issues front and center among congressional leaders is a top priority. The Commercial Real Estate Industry Outreach Group (CREIOG), consisting of 18 industry organizations including NAR Commercial, will continue to meet and visit Congressional Finance Committee members as well as work to build awareness about key messages. A second goal is to increase cohesiveness and cooperation at staff, volunteer and member levels; many tactics are underway. Last, but not least, gaining greater support from NAR Commercial
members for RPAC is KEY. Many legislative issues address the commercial sector – so encourage members to give and note "Commercial REALTOR®” on your check – any amount is welcomed. We’re reporting Commercial participation to the national board
