This 80-minute video contains practical advice on Addressing Clients, Proper Attire, Avoiding Stereotyping, Avoiding Steering, Qualifying the Buyer, Negotiating the Contract and Much More.
The video is divided into sections approximately 15 minutes long can be shown in its entirety or in sections. Although it contains a great deal of content, the video is probably best used as a supplement to discussions during GRI, CIPS, and At Home with Diversity courses or sales meetings. A section can be shown in the beginning of an educational setting to initiate discussion and at the end of a discussion to reinforce concepts.

The four cultural-content experts have lived and worked outside of the USA, have extensive backgrounds in real estate and multi-cultural education, and have been active in NAR’s international programs. |
